Where the plan goes
- Google Sheets: a private CSV link that loads with
=IMPORTDATA. Columns: priority, page, issue, fix, code and status. It also opens in Excel and Numbers. - Slack, Teams or Discord: a short summary with the fixes that matter most, ready to post.
- Notion, Linear, Jira, Asana, Trello or GitHub Issues: one task per issue, with every page it affects and how to fix it.
For a whole site, run the audit in your AI assistant and ask it to export the findings. With Slack, Google Sheets or a task board connected, the assistant sends them there for you.
Questions
How long does the Google Sheets link work?
The CSV link is private, unguessable and works for 30 days. Paste the formula, then copy the values if you want to keep them longer.
Does OnPage.dev need access to my Slack or Google account?
No. The sheet loads from a link, and Slack gets the message through a webhook you choose. Your AI assistant can also send it with its own connected tools.
